Chair Yoga Experience
I am a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have several years' experience teaching chair yoga to a wide range of abilities-- from seniors in Independent Living, those in Memory Care, Wheel Chair Bound, Health and Rehab patients. I am also a trained mindfulness instructor and weave mindfulness techniques that you can apply in your daily life.
